Salient Features

In built Pre compression :

Mini Press II can handle wide range of formulation based on Dry Granulation and /or direct compression by virtue of this feature.

Construction :

The machine is designed as per cGMP norms and is full of user - friendly features as well as well as convenience of shifting. The machine is centrally driven by worm reduction gearbox. Adaptability to both gravity feeder and force feeder enhances its versatility.

Dust Free :

When connected with a Dust Extraction System (Stand alone/Centralized), the operation is further improved by making a provision for dust extraction nozzle after the compression and also at the discharge chute.

Upper punch penetration :

To change the compression zone to suit product requirement or use die to it's fullest depth.

Turret & Cam Tracks :

The heart of the machine is Nickel - plated, gives protection against wear, tear & abrasive products.

Human Safety :

Interlocking at Upper Guards & Lower Guards ensures protection against hazards while in operation. Upper Guards and Lower Guards ensures reduction and product Containment.

Controls :

All the controls like Tablet thickness setting, weight adjustment etc are located outside the machine. Counter Pressure/Hardness can be adjusted by the Knob provided within the machine.
